Help influence a timber co. to grant esmnt. without comp.?

I would like comments from other right of way agents who were sucecssful in obtaining electric utility easements from timber companies without compensation for the easement. I am looking for some ingenuity from agents with similiar testimonies or resources if available. Are there are any benifits to the timber co. that I may include in my request that would help persuade them? All input is greatly appreciated.
