Condemnation of Railroads in the Southeast US

Condemnation of Railroads in the Southeast US

I am interested in talking to anyone who has condemned Norfolk Southern or CSX in the Southeastern US. If you have been involved in such a case please email me at abanks@msdbc.org.

abanks, I'm sure that Alabama Power company has condemned the r/r's. I'm told by the attny general's office in Texas that they have condemned R/R's. Might check with Johnny Dyess , APCO, if you know him.
