Solar Power Purchase Agreements

Discussion of concepts, practices and procedures relating to the acquisition, management and disposition of real property interests for public use or benefit are encouraged. Solar Power Purchase Agreements

Does anyone have an example of a public agency solar power purchase agreement? I am interested what clauses are used when you contract with a solar energy provider to place photovoltaic panels on public agency property.
